You accepted a collect call on your cell phone and the txt message is the invoice, payment is due

Where do I find my Auth Code?
Your Auth Code is in the txt invoice that 3G sent you.

How can I get my Auth Code if I deleted the txt message?
Email support@3gcollect.com and we will resend your Auth Code

Why do I still receive txt messages after I paid my invoice?
If you paid by check or money order, please allow time for us to receive payment. Accounts are cleared 7 days a week.

How soon will my account be cleared if I pay online?
Your account will be cleared within 24 hours.

Can the charges be added to my monthly cell phone bill?
No, 3G Collect is an independent phone company and has no billing relationship with mobile providers
